Born in 1982  in a  faymos family of musicians. Trained at the Chisinau  Republican musical lyceum ,,C. Porumbescu”, in 2000 he graduated the  musical lyceum ,, G. Enescu” from Bucuresti, Romania. In 2005 Ion Negura jr. graduated from the Chisinau Academy of Music, Theatre  and Fine Arts. He is laureated of the national and international competitions – he has 18 prisez and diplomes. He performed with all symphonic and chamber orchestras from Chisinau – like a soloist. He gives concerts in 37 country of the world, including  North Korea, Jordan, Macedonia, Turkey, but in 1994 together with his father (flute and syrinx teacher-Ion Negura) and his brother (the syrinx- Stefan Negura) they play in North Pole, reprezent our country at the international project.  Since 2008 he has been a soloist of the Organ Hall, continuing at the same time the pedagogical activity at Republican musical lyceum "Ciprian Porumbescu", College "Șt.Neaga" and the Academy of Music, Theater and Fine Arts in Chisinau.

         Since 2009 he follow  postgraduate studies at the "Alfred Cortot" Higher School of Music from  Paris with the famous flutist and teacher Pierre -Yves ARTAUD, in which class he also took an internship and  also the pedagogical field at the National Conservatory of Paris.  In 2010 he obtained the higher diploma of interpretation, and in 2012 - the higher diploma of concertist.
